Summer Micro CSA

We're very excited to launch the Orange Pippins Micro Farm CSA for Summer! Boost your nutrition while adding incredible beauty and flavor to your foods. We're offering either a Small or Large option with weekly deliveries of the most colorful and delightful specialty greens. We're even more thrilled to be able to accept SNAP and Oregon's wonderful Double Up Food Points. See below for more info on that exciting news. 

Dates MAY 21st-July 3rd

8 weekly deliveries, each containing:

SMALL:

1. Our chef sampler (microherbs, edible flowers, specialty micros), 17oz
2. Favorite everyday microgreens (kale, arugula, mustard, radish, and others),  2 × 8oz 

LARGE: 

1. Our chef sampler (microherbs, edible flowers, specialty micros), 17oz
2. Favorite everyday microgreens (kale, arugula, mustard, radish), 26oz
3. Rotating specialty herbs (basil, cilantro, shiso), 2 × 8oz 

Everyday Microgreens:

Will include a rotating assortment of crowd favorites that pack a nutritious punch. Add liberally to everything from salads, tacos, and sandwiches. Will include rotations of fan favorite such as sweet tendril peas, garlic kale, arugula, broccoli, mustards, and colorful radish.

Chef’s Sampler:

Includes a mix of stunning specialty microgreens, flavorful micro herbs, and edible flowers. This will add the WOW to everything from your morning toast to dinner party charcuterie. A mix of special things we are growing for our chefs shared with you to inspire your home meals.

Micro Herbs:

Bursting with flavor and requiring no chopping. A rotating selection of favorites such as: Leeks, Cilantro, Shiso, Purple Basil.

WONDERING WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Small Share

• Good for 1-3 people, especially if used primarily for garnishing, adding to salads, or as meal accents
• Would last a single person most of the week for regular meals

Large Share

• Suitable for 4-8 people or smaller households that use microgreens extensively
• Great for people who juice
• Families or small groups of roommates who cook together
• Home meal prep enthusiasts
